Club policies

Preview policy summary. The committee must approve the formal membership, privacy and refund terms before live payments open.

Privacy

The club maintains a private membership register. Stripe handles payments and subscriptions. The optional Google Group is a separate updates list and does not determine membership.

Membership

New Stripe memberships cost A$10 annually and renew automatically until cancelled. Existing prepaid periods remain valid. Cancellation of renewal takes effect at the end of the paid-through period.

Payments

Event fees are listed on each event page. Each checkout is for one person. Check the Stripe receipt for payment status; a return to this website is not proof of payment.

Refunds

For a refund request or a cancelled event, contact the committee. Approved refund terms will be published here before launch.
